The process
How it works, from your first message to a live website
There is no sales funnel and no long questionnaire. You tell us about your business, we talk it through, and you see your website before you pay anything. Here is each step, what is included, and what we will not promise.
Updated
Step one: send an inquiry or call
Use the contact form or call us. Tell us what you do, the area you serve, and whether you already have a website or a Google Business Profile. A sentence or two is enough to start. A house cleaner might write that she works three neighborhoods and only has a social page. A plumber might say his old site stopped working and the phone went quiet.
Step two: a short conversation
We talk by phone or online. We ask about your main services, the places you work, how customers usually reach you, and anything you want people to know before they call, such as emergency hours or the languages you speak. If a website is not the right next step for you yet, we will say so.
Step three: a private invitation to 2oozy
Your website is built on 2oozy, the platform we use for every site. After the conversation you get a private invitation to set up your 2oozy account. That keeps the website, and the decisions about it, in your hands rather than ours. Biz Web Helpers and 2oozy are both run by Airmecanx LLC, a Florida company. We draft the website with AI-assisted tools, and you check every word before anything goes live.
Step four: see your website before you pay
You see the website first, with your services, your area and your contact details on it. You can ask for changes to the wording or the order of things. Only when you are happy do you decide whether to go ahead. Under 2oozy's published pricing, the build is $199 and hosting is $19 a month after that, billed monthly until you cancel.
Step five: publish
When you say yes, the website goes live. It is set up so search engines can find and read it: clear page titles, your services, your area and your phone number set out where people expect them.
After launch: help getting found
A website on its own does not bring calls. We help you set up or tidy your Google Business Profile, keep your name, address and phone the same everywhere, and add useful pages over time. If you want more SEO help than the basics, we talk about what it would involve and quote it after that conversation.
What is included
Everything below comes with the website. Anything beyond it is talked through and quoted first, so there are no surprises on a bill.
- A small business website built on 2oozy, which you see before paying
- Hosting on 2oozy for the monthly fee
- A search-friendly setup: page titles, descriptions and a clear page structure
- Guidance on your Google Business Profile
- Plain-language local SEO basics you can keep doing yourself
What we do not promise
Nobody can promise where a business will appear on Google. Google's own SEO Starter Guide says there are no secrets that automatically rank a site first. What we can do is make your business easy for Google and for customers to find and understand. Any company that promises a certain position or a certain number of calls is promising something it does not control.
Common questions
Do we ever need to meet in person?
No. We work by phone and online. For many owners that works better, because it fits around jobs and does not mean taking time off.
What if I see the website and decide not to go ahead?
Then you do not go ahead. You see the website before paying, so the decision stays with you.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on how quickly we can get answers about your services and area. A business with clear services and a few photos ready moves faster than one that is still deciding what to offer.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We set your website and profile up the way Google's public guidance describes, and help you keep them accurate and useful. Where you appear is up to Google.
